Refund & Return Policy 🔄

Since all our items are custom 3D printed, we have the following refund and return guidelines:

1. Returns & Exchanges:

   • We do not accept returns on custom or made-to-order products unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect due to our mistake.

2. Refund Eligibility:

   • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we offer a replacement or refund (proof of defect required).

   • Video evidence of the unpacking process is required for damaged product claims.

   • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

3. Cancellations:

   • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the printing process may have already started.

4. Refund Processing:

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
