1. Processing Time:

   • Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days depending on the complexity and customization of the item.

   • Bulk or highly customized orders may take additional time.

2. Shipping Time & Cost:

   • We currently do not offer international shipping.

   • Standard shipping within [your country] takes 3-7 business days, depending on the complexity of the product.

   • Shipping costs are calculated at total cost. 699 and above will be free delivered. 

3. Tracking & Notifications:

   • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

   • If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you promptly.

4. Damaged or Lost Items:

   • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

   • Video evidence of the unpacking process is required for damage claims.

   • For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
